There were almost 1000 people at the Oregon Star Party in 2003. We were there as vendors as well as participants. This will give you an idea of what it looked like:

Scott Turner built this 8-Inch Dobsonian for his daughter.	Dan Gray discusses his innovative, 28-inch, string telescope.
Bruce Sayre built these binoculars. Each mirror is 22 inches across.	This is a 5-Inch, f/13 apochromatic refractor.

Sunset was great, but we wanted it to get dark!
